Responsibilities & main tasks:
● Own the full sales cycle for Mid-Market and Enterprise opportunities.
● Work inbound and partner-sourced opportunities generated by Marketing.
● Proactively qualify and advance deals already in the funnel.
● Run clear, direct, and consultative discovery calls.
● Lead demos focused on real pains and business impact.
● Prepare proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals.
● Keep CRM updated and forecasts realistic.
● Handoff closed deals to Customer Success.
Business Development (Secondary)
● Maintain an active BD mindset: relationship building, light outbound, and follow-ups.
● Support marketing and event-driven initiatives (before and after events).
● Attend selected industry events and networking sessions.
● Help open conversations that may convert into future opportunities.
