Account Executive – Growth

The Sponsorship Collective

This role is for a professional Account Executive who performs at a high level inside disciplined, well‑run sales systems.

You will sell one consulting engagement with a fixed structure and two standard delivery options, through structured, phone‑based conversations with largely inbound prospects, though some outbound to warm leads is required.

Your responsibility is to lead clear, controlled sales conversations, apply judgment in real time, handle resistance with composure, and bring each interaction to a clear decision using an established framework.

Performance in this role comes from execution quality and consistency. Results are produced by running the process well, conversation after conversation.
