Jem is hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new revenue by sourcing, closing, and growing employer customers.
Jem is a fast-growing HR tech scale-up building payroll, HR, and benefits tools for frontline teams. We currently support just under 200,000 frontline employees across South Africa.
This is a core revenue role at Jem. We are looking for a strong closer who can own the full sales cycle end to end, from first contact to signed customer, while building long‑term commercial relationships in the market.
This role is suited to someone who is commercially sharp, highly self‑directed, and motivated by winning deals, growing accounts, and building a category‑defining company.
