Account Executive cum Admin

About the role

As an Account Executive at MILAN PROPERTIES SDN BHD, you will be responsible for overseeing the full set account of the projects. This full-time position is based in Ipoh (located behind KPJ Hospital), Perak and will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's financial stability and cash flow planning.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. Full set account.
• Analysing financial statements, budgets, and creditor aging to support business decision-making and monitor company cash flow.
• Liaising with external stakeholders, such as the auditor, tax agent, banker, lawyer and other related parties
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Filing of 7E to KPKT and assist in submission of 7F (if required).
