Account Executive

Job Overview

As an Account Executive must work closely with the Head of Department (HOD) on all the Account related matters.

Job Responsibilities

1. Account Receivables

2. Receive the student payment receipt from the Business Development team, issue the payment receipt and forward to PIC

3. Checking payment transfer slip received from customers and issue the payment receipt
4. Update all payment student collection of fees in the Sales and Payment Report
5. Collecting outstanding fee to all student
6. Prepare Letter Reminder students who fails to make payment according to the time period given
7. Provide Student Invoices for billing process and collection of fees
8. Liaise with parents and students regarding student fees and related matters
9. Bank in Student Collection Payment (student paid by CASH)
10. Prepare and update Enrollment Student in Sales and Payment Report
