Responsibilities

• Secure new accounts with aim of additional revenue stream in support of set targets.
• Develop other business opportunities in coordination with management and other departments.
• Maintain good relationship with existing customers and monitor opportunities to handle other non-traditional services.
• Negotiates competitive rates with carriers/consolidators in order to maximize profit and support from clients.
• Coordinate with the other departments to address any concerns or complaint from clients.
• Monitors and assists (if needed) Accounting on A/R issues with customers or agents.
