Account Executive

Location: Desans Solutions Sdn Bhd
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 years (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Job Responsibilities:

• To handle company's daily work such as maintain accounting record, filing and payments.
• Verify and key in customer invoices, debt and credit notes.
• Key in customer payment
• Prepare monthly aging report
• Monitor payment from e-commerce such as Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada
• Administration of all bank account transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance, Account or related field.
• Familiar with SQL account software is preferred
• Must be able to speak, read and write in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Good analysis and communication skills.
