Account Executive

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Account Executive to assist the completion of full spectrum accounting functions within our construction operations. The incumbent will be responsible for project-based accounting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and ensuring adherence to Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Hands on and handle full Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Treasury functions.
• Review & compile supplier invoices and subcontractor claims.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue receivables.
• Manage retention receivables and payables.
• Reconcile debtor and creditor statements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
• Any other Ad Hoc tasks assigned by Finance Manager.
