SUMMARY

Manage the account to grow sales and profitability according to objectives, by establishing company as the clients’ key partner, winning projects, and selling profitably fragrances. 管理客户销售和利润增长,通过和客户建立合作伙伴关系。赢取项目,销售有利润的日化香精。

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEAD

CUSTOMERS 客户

  • Define account objectives, develop commercial strategy, implement through account plan 定义客户目标,发展销售策略,完成计划
  • Develop successful working relationship with (new and existing) clients, establish company as key partner to obtain briefs for profitable business 成功发展客户关系(新的/现有的),成为客户的主要合作伙伴以此获得项目和有利润的生意
  • Identify business opportunities, decision factors and success criteria and define action plan accordingly识别商业机会、决定因素和成功标准和定义相应的行动计划
