Clara is a leading B2B fintech in Latin America that helps companies manage payments through corporate cards, bill pay, financing, and a scalable platform.

What you'll do

1. Identify and acquire corporate clients with high transactional volumes, focusing on importers, manufacturers, and multinational companies.
2. Analyze prospects’ current payment structures, uncover hidden costs, and design tailored financial savings proposals.
3. Guide clients through migration of their international payment flows onto Clara’s platform.
4. Present financial optimization simulations to treasury committees, CFOs and General Directors, delivering persuasive C‑level pitches.
5. Coordinate with Risk, Compliance (KYC/AML), and Product teams to streamline onboarding for complex clients.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in FX Corporate Sales, Corporate Banking, or top-tier Brokerage firms managing enterprise portfolios.
