Account Executive

About the Role

Global Marks Private Limited is hiring an Accounts Executive to support day-to-day finance operations at our Islamabad office. This role will work closely with the Finance Manager to maintain accurate books, manage payables, perform reconciliations, and support inventory and stock audits for our FMCG operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily opening, closing, and payable balances.
• Reconcile and follow up on accounts payable and vendor invoices.
• Assist the Manager of Finance with daily accounting operations and bookkeeping tasks.
• Perform bank and customer reconciliations.
• Conduct inventory reconciliations and support stock audit activities.
• Maintain organized financial records and support month-end processes as required.
