Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our team at Wee-Built Pte Ltd in our Kampong Ubi office in the Central Region. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the company's overall financial operations and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain complete and accurate financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and reimbursements in a timely manner
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a regular basis
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies
