Account Executive

About the role

TH Venture Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing team. The role is responsible for handling the full set of accounts and supporting the company's financial and accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded nd properly coded

• Perform daily account operation tasks, including banking and finance.

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, general ledgers and bank reconciliation)
• Monitor cash flow, handle inter-company transactions
• Support the audit process by preparing required documentation and responding to auditor queries
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, etc on related matters to ensure regulatory compliance
