Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our growing team at Dong Sing Food Link Sdn. Bhd in Semenyih, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in supporting our accounting and finance operations.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
• Follow up customer payment schedule and collect customer payment details.
• Closely follow up overdue accounts and dispute payment.
• Support credit review activity to enhance credit risk management.
• Prepare and analyze AR aging reports to monitor outstanding balances and cash inflows.
• Perform ad-hoc accounting and finance-related tasks as required.
