Job Description

To engage an external service provider to assist us in managing the company's accounting tasks and monthly reports.

We are seeking a Account Executive to support our account finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Operations Assistant n

2. Prepare full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation).

3. Handle monthly closing, journal entries, and maintain accurate financial records.
4. Process invoices, payments, staff claims, petty cash, and supplier transactions.
5. Monitor customer outstanding payments and prepare aging reports.

6. Maintain proper filing of all accounting documents.

8. Prepare monthly Company Account Summary for boss (simple and clear format).

9. Assist in preparing cash flow reports, profit & loss summaries, and budget tracking.
