Account Executive

We're an established Freight Forwarding company based in Klang. and we're looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team

About the Role

As our Account Executive, you'll play a key role in maintaining our financial operations with responsibilities including:

• Managing full sets of accounts and month-end closing processes
• Handling inter-company and bank reconciliations
• Processing accounts receivable invoices, collections, and daily transactions
• Providing insights on credit control matters
• Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in all deliverables
• Monitoring overdue invoices and generating timely reminders
• Maintaining transaction accuracy and completeness
• Supporting additional tasks as needed
