Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting/forecasting.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders.
• Assist management in financial planning and analysis.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g. SQL, Autocount, or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• With a background in F&B or inventory control.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
