The Account Executive position at The HoneyB Sdn Bhd is a full-time opportunity based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in providing bookkeeping and small practice accounting services

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Providing general accounting support and advice
• Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Adhering to relevant accounting standards and regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or small practice accounting in relevant industries is a plus.
