Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to support our e-commerce finance operations across multiple online platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has strong reconciliation and analytical skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accurately complete monthly e-commerce reconciliations on time for platforms such as Shopify, Farfetch, TikTok, Atome, Shopee, etc.
• Record e-commerce receipts and promptly perform knock-off entries in the accounting system.
• Reconcile clearing accounts and prepare related schedules.
• Reconcile GST entries between various e-commerce platforms and the general ledger during month-end closing.
• Check daily sales reports to ensure all relevant documents are in order.
• Assist with daily operational duties and undertake any ad hoc assignments as directed by your superior.
