Account Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Calculate and process monthly/quarterly sales commissions for internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Perform debt collection activities, including contacting overdue customers, issuing reminders, and negotiating payment arrangements.
• Verify, process, and track staff claims in a timely manner.
• Manage credit reporting processes via CTOS or equivalent system, including performing credit checks, updating records, and following up on outstanding cases.
• Prepare and process supplier/vendor payments, including issuing payment vouchers and bank transfers.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal SOPs, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Adminstration or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
