Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to handle daily accounting operations, including invoice processing, payment management, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial matters while maintaining smooth coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record supplier invoices and manage payment processing.
• Prepare payment vouchers and compile all necessary supporting documents.
• Upload payment transactions via the bank portal.
• Prepare invoices and delivery orders for Cards, Personalization, Components, and Hardware.
• Liaise with ASCC staff on personalization details.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders on import duty payments, customs declarations, and card shipments to ASCC.
• Update and monitor budget records, categorizing payments and expenses.
