Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our MSP HI TECT team in Kuala Lumpur. Candidates with experience in IT services or staffing/recruitment organizations are encouraged to apply. The role requires hands-on accounting experience, working knowledge of SQL, and familiarity with accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations
Handle financial transactions related to IT services and staffing operations
Prepare monthly reports, journals, and financial schedules
Use SQL to extract and validate financial data for reporting purposes
Maintain accounting records in accounting systems
Support audits, compliance, and statutory reporting
Coordinate with internal IT, HR, and recruitment teams
