Account Executive

Job Responsibilities
1. Financial Transaction Processing
Prepare and post daily accounting transactions, including:
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Cash Account Transactions (CAT) and sales
Ensure all invoices, payments, and receipts are recorded accurately and on a timely basis in accordance with internal deadlines.
2. Document Verification & Payment Processing
Prepare, match, and verify payment-related documents such as supplier invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and work orders.
Verify accuracy of amounts, supporting documents, and particulars prior to payment processing.
3. Reconciliation & Reporting
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and financial analysis.
Verify daily cheque issuance and collection against finance records.
Maintain and update monthly AR and AP ageing reports.
Track and report incoming and outgoing financial transactions.
