Account Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Financial Transaction Processing

• Prepare and post daily accounting transactions, including:
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Cash Account Transactions (CAT) and sales
• Ensure all invoices, payments, and receipts are recorded accurately and on a timely basis in accordance with internal deadlines.

2. Document Verification & Payment Processing

• Prepare, match, and verify payment-related documents such as supplier invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and work orders.
• Verify accuracy of amounts, supporting documents, and particulars prior to payment processing.

3. Reconciliation & Reporting

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Verify daily cheque issuance and collection against finance records.
• Maintain and update monthly AR and AP ageing reports.
