Account Executive

Company Background:

We are representing our client which is in F&B industry. As they are growing, they are looking for a Account Executive to join them.

Responsibilties :

• Ensure payments are completed accurately and timely manner
• Solve discrepancy between purchase order and invoice
• Monitor backlog invoices and give direction to teams to drive down the backlog number accordingly
• Review report and vendor reconciliation and act on overdue open items
• Responsible for ensuring KPIs for Account payable are met, these include timely processing and payment of invoices.
• Develop action plans to help the team to achieve KPI.

Job Requirements

• Professional Qualifications ie ACCA/CPA/MIA, Degree in Accounting
• At least 5 years working experience in finance managerial position, preferably in related industry
