About the role

JINGXIN GROUP (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Executive to join our team based in Kulai, Johor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records and reporting.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
2. Report to the Senior , assist the Finance Team to complete the monthly reports submission on-time.
3. Reconciling bank accounts and resolving any discrepancies
4. Maintain efficient filing systems for audit and statutory requirement.
5. Providing support to the finance team and collaborating with other departments as needed
6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient accounting practices
