Account Executive

About the role

This is a full-time Account Executive role at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT', based in Senai Johor. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing key administrative and clerical support to the Accounting and Finance teams, ensuring efficient data entry and processing of financial records and documentation.

What you'll be doing

• Performing accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions, invoices, and other accounting records
• Maintaining and updating client and vendor files and databases
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, statements, and other documents
• Providing administrative support to the Accounting and Finance departments as needed
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial and accounting processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders
