About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team at TDK-Lambda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes. This full-time position is based in Senai, Johor, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Accounts Payable Invoices coding and matching.
• Update daily bank book & check the bank balance.
• Prepare payment, checking payment voucher and issue cheque for payment.
• Monthly Cashflow budget, processing of all weekly payment.
• Reconciliation of weekly/ monthly account payable, account receivable, and bank balances.
• To undertake other ad-hoc duties related to accounting as assigned by management from time to time.
