Location: (Nagda (M.P) / SFD–EFD Unit)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to join our Finance team as a Bill Passing Executive . The role is critical in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of vendor payments while maintaining strong coordination across functions.

✅ Key Responsibilities

1. Bill Passing & Payment (SFD & EFD)

• Ensure bill passing strictly as per PO terms & conditions
• Track and clear GR/IR open line items
• Timely adjustment of Debit/Credit Notes
• Ensure appropriate deduction of Retention/Security
• Follow up for PBG/ABG before advance release
• Coordinate for necessary PO amendments
• Prepare and process payment proposals twice a week within defined timelines
