:The Managing Account Executive is responsible for the overall relationship and financial management of a portfolio of large group clients aligned with National Consulting firms in the 1000+ group market. This role has little new selling accountability but manages a significant portfolio of group clients in the National Accounts team. This is done by understanding the clients' changing needs, providing benefits advice, and keeping clients informed of changes impacting benefit plans and Sun Life Financial's value proposition, products and services. There are annual, persistency, execution and profitability targets as well as a small new business target for this role.
Main accountabilities:
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with plan sponsors and their advisors
