Account Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

• Handle full set of accounts and complete monthly closing before the deadline.
• Manage daily accounting operations.
• Generate daily cash flow forecasts for financial management.
• Prepare ad hoc reports as instructed by management.

Job Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Candidates should hold at least a professional certificate, diploma, or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be detail-oriented, precise, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the AutoCount accounting system is a plus.
