Roles & Responsibility:

General Accounting
Maintain accurate books under

US GAAP

using platforms such as

QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Xero .
Manage the

full general ledger cycle

with proper documentation and audit-ready records.

Accounts Payable (AP)
Vendor setup and W-9 management.
Perform

3-way matching

and process vendor bills.
Execute payments through

Bill.com or similar tools .
Support

1099 preparation and documentation .

Accounts Receivable (AR)
Generate and manage customer invoices.
Record receipts and perform

cash application .
Review

aging reports

and follow up on collections.

Reconciliations
Perform monthly reconciliations for:
Bank accounts
Credit cards
Merchant processors (Stripe...
