Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage accurate financial records, ensuring proper data entry and compliance with relevant tax requirements.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and employee expense claims in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update accounting databases, records, and spreadsheets.
  • Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the Accounts and Finance team as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounting and/or administrative role.
  • Diploma, Degree, or relevant Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
