Job Description

Responsibilities
New Business Development: Aggressively identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients by presenting and selling our RPO/outsourcing solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers across various industries.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, nurturing long-term relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Solution Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and pain points, developing tailored, high-value proposals for complex, multi-year outsourcing contracts.
Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), from initial lead generation and qualification through proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
