Job Description
Key Role:
Manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and serve as the primary point of
contact
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions or services to achieve business
objectives
Develop proposals, presentations, and reports to support client initiatives and
campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and maintain
client satisfaction
Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and proactively address any issues or
opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client servicing
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to build strong client relationships
