Account Executive

• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and payable (AP) function.
• Good credit control management.
• Maintain creditors aging accounts (AP) to ensure accuracy and up to date report.
• Prepare payments to vendors (eg: TT Form, payment vouchers).
• Prepare monthly financial report for EXCO meeting.
• Costing, budgeting and budgetary control.
• Cashflow forecast and monthly cashflow report.
• Treasury management like preparing Purchase Bankers' Acceptance to finance Purchases.
• Liaise with stakeholders like auditors, tax agent, and relevant authorities (if applicable).
• Forex risk management like doing forex hedging transactions to minimise company losses in forex.
• Any other duties as relevant will be assigned from time to time by the management.
