Account Executive

Overall Objectives:

Achieve BSP sales targets in the territory while operating within the confines of company policies, approved budget and promotional programs. Monitor sales performance regularly and recommend action plans to ensure achievement of BSP sales.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of Technical Engineering Course, preferably Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Passed the Licensure Examination as applicable Masteral Degree in Business Administration.
• At least 3 years related work experience on the same position At least 3 to 4 years' work experience on the same position, in related industry.
• Personal attributes relevant to position - Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Process-based Approach, Market Knowledge, Risk-based Thinking.
