Account Executive

Work Set-up: Onsite

Salary: 25,000-30,000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Aggressively identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients by presenting and selling our RPO/outsourcing solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers across various industries.
• Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, nurturing long-term relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Solution Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and pain points, developing tailored, high-value proposals for complex, multi-year outsourcing contracts.
• Market Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the RPO, BPO, and talent acquisition markets.
