JOB DESCRIPTION: Account Executive

Role Overview:


As an Account Executive, you'll manage the full sales process from start to finish. This includes handling incoming leads, reaching out to potential clients, running demos, closing deals, and contributing directly to CoPilot AI's growth. You'll report to the Senior Sales Manager and work closely with Marketing, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to create a great experience for prospects and clients.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle a mix of incoming opportunities and increasing outbound outreach.

  • Run 5–10 customer calls or demos per day, managing the entire sales cycle from first contact to close.

  • Build your pipeline using LinkedIn, email, phone, and other creative approaches.

  • Use CoPilot AI tools to personalize outreach and start meaningful conversations.

  • Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date.
