Account Executive

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field (High school graduates or vocational course completers with strong sales experience may also be considered)
• Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the hardware industry, particularly in opening retail accounts for distributorship
• Strong knowledge of construction-related products such as doors, steel materials, lighting, fixtures, and similar items
• Strong B2B sales background, including account acquisition, client sourcing, fieldwork, cold canvassing, product presentations, negotiations, deal closing, and client retention
• Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Willing to conduct regular fieldwork and client visits
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
