Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Aeco Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's accounts, from accounts receivable and payable to financial reporting and analysis. Based in Penang Island, Penang, this position is integral to ensuring the smooth financial operations of our manufacturing business.

What you'll be doing

Financial Record Management

• Maintaning and organizing financial records including tracking transactions, reconciling accounts, organizing year end stock take listing and ensuring all documentation is current and accurate;

Account Payable and Receivable:

• Manage the processes of accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments and collections including monitoring outstanding funds and preparing e-invoices to customers.
