Account Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage banquet accounts, generate new business, ensure client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth through effective sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solicit and service banquet accounts, performing regular sales calls to potential and existing clients.
• Handle inquiries and reservations via phone, email, or in person; visit client sites for catering or events.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and banquet event order (BEO) forms for upcoming functions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all client requirements for events are met.
• Maintain and update knowledge of company facilities, services, and promotions to meet client needs.
