About the Role
We are looking for a high‑performing Account Executive – Mid‑Market to join our Sales team. The role combines consultative selling, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to guide asset managers and sustainability leaders through the integration of nature‑positive solutions into their portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through closing for mid‑market accounts, focusing on institutional investors, regional owners, and REITs.
- Position Alvéole as a high‑ROI amenity: use a consultative approach to show how our turnkey service increases building desirability and tenant NPS.
- Navigate the complex stakeholder web in CRE, from Property Managers and Sustainability Leads to Asset Managers and Portfolio Directors, anchoring conversations in financial outcomes.
