About the role

Reporting to the Operations Director, this full-time role at QLUX GROUP SDN. BHD. in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan offers you the opportunity to utilise your accounting skills as an Account Executive. You will play a key part in supporting the company's financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping and financial reporting.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
2. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
3. Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
4. Liaising with internal stakeholders to provide financial information and support
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
6. Providing account administrative support to the finance team as required
