Account Executive

Salary: SGD $3,500 – $4,500

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Prepare invoices, payments, receipts and reconciliations
• Assist with month-end closing and journal entries
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on payments
• Support insurance billing and claims reconciliation processes
• Assist in preparing management reports and financial schedules
• Liaise with internal departments, vendors and external stakeholders
• Support audit and tax documentation when required
• Ensure compliance with company finance procedures
