Account Executive

Job Responsibilities: Prepare and issue customer invoices based on shipment activities and operational requirements Monitor accounts receivable and actively follow up on outstanding payments to ensure healthy cash flow Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payments to suppliers, carriers, and service providers Perform regular reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts against internal records to ensure accuracy Support month-end closing activities, financial reporting, and account reconciliation tasks Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements Work closely with operations and sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure smooth processes Support internal and external audits and assist with other finance and administrative duties as required
