Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or any equivalent field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting / external audit / internal audit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts payable operations for both direct and indirect suppliers.
• Verify supplier invoices through three-way matching (Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, and Invoice).
• Prepare and review Debit Notes, and handle vendor returns and invoice discrepancies.
• Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and within agreed timelines.
