Account Executive

About the Role

Quantum Vertical Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based at our office in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, and is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations and supporting accurate financial management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.)
• Prepare and issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
• Monitor and update project costs, revenue, and profit margins

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
