Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in QuickBooks to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills and practical accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense entries
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Support audits and internal financial reviews
