Outsource Recruiter is hiring an experienced Account Executive / Sales Closer with a proven background in staffing agency sales or managed services sales.

This role focuses exclusively on closing inbound opportunities. You will conduct discovery calls, present tailored staffing solutions, and convert qualified prospects into long-term clients.

This position is not for sales development representatives, appointment setters, or lead generators.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and sales calls with qualified inbound leads
• Identify client hiring needs and propose staffing solutions
• Present pricing, handle objections, and close deals
• Negotiate contracts and move deals through the pipeline
